Our operator is on duty from 8:00 am to 5:oo pm to take your call or to direct you to the proper number. When you call, you will hear a recorded message prompting you to the following options:

• Same day appointments
• Prescription refills
• Future appointments
• Live operator
• Voice messaging for the provider via operator
• Referrals

Our triage nurses are available from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and 2:00pm to 5:00pm to answer questions concerning your health care needs.

After-Hours Calls

If you call with a health care problem after hours, on weekends or holidays, we have a physician on call who can help. Please call (303) 466-1866 and inform the answering service of the nature of your call. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please leave your phone line open and unblock your number.
