Telehealth Instructions

  • Go online to our website (www.broomfieldfp.com), click on the billing and financial tab and pay your copay or deduct amount. The invoice number will be telehealth. If you need the amount owed and it is not on your insurance card, please contact our office. This needs to be done no less than 1 hour before your appointment.

  • Make sure your phone is connected to WIFI. If you have an iPhone you need to check your app settings and make sure that you are allowing the app to access your cellular data or the call will not go through.
